Need help choosing a spoon? Contact us with the product name and the information you would like clarified, such as dimensions, materials, available options, or care instructions.

Ask before purchasing if you need a spoon for a specific appliance, temperature, or specialized use that is not expressly addressed on its product page.

Help with an order

For an existing purchase, include your order number, checkout email, product name, and a brief description of the request.

Photographs of the product and packaging can help us assess damage or an incorrect item. Never send complete payment-card details, security codes, banking passwords, or one-time authentication codes.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Changes and cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to request a cancellation or change. Requests can be accommodated only before packing or dispatch begins.

Include your order number and the exact change required. A request is confirmed only when our support team acknowledges that it has been completed. This operational window does not limit statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Delivery assistance

If tracking has stopped updating, a shipment is overdue, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will review the shipment and help investigate. A delivered tracking status does not automatically close a delivery complaint.
