Scope of these terms

These terms govern online retail services provided by Zhengzhou Taoliu Network Technology Co., Ltd. through the DIEKD™ store at diekd.com. The Terms and Conditions describe purchase arrangements in detail. The Terms of Use cover website conduct and content.

Eligibility and information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase and authorization to use the payment method supplied. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. If you create an account, protect credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Products

DIEKD™ sells spoons for coffee, tea, desserts, and small servings. Review dimensions, materials, included quantity, available options, and care instructions before purchase.

Photography and screen settings may affect color appearance, but do not excuse a material difference from the description. Styling accessories are excluded unless expressly included.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt; acceptance occurs when shipment confirmation is sent.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, unavailable stock, unsupported destination, or suspected fraud. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we notify you and refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

Review currency, discounts, shipping, taxes collected, and total at checkout. Payment methods are limited to those offered for the transaction. Provider conversion or international transaction fees may apply.

For a material pricing or listing error, we contact you. We do not increase an agreed charge without consent; you may decline the correction and receive a refund for the affected unfulfilled purchase.

Changes and cancellations

Send requests within 12 hours of purchase. Requests are possible only before packing or dispatch begins. Approved pre-dispatch cancellations receive a full refund without a cancellation fee.

After dispatch, the Return and Refund Policy may apply. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights are not restricted.

Shipping

Standard processing takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping costs US$6.99 per order to supported destinations.

Transit time is additional to processing. Read the Shipping Policy for origins, tracking, customs, delays, and delivery assistance. We address fulfillment problems according to applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially nonconforming items, we provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost.

Standard returns are inspected within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, subject to shorter statutory deadlines. Contact us before returning and use the authorized address.

Intellectual property and submissions

Website content belongs to its respective owners or is used with permission. Browse for lawful personal shopping. Commercial copying, impersonation, and unauthorized use of protected branding are prohibited.

You must have rights to reviews or images you submit. You permit display of those submissions in connection with the store, subject to privacy and consumer-review laws.

Acceptable use and external services

Do not use the services for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, malware, unauthorized data collection, or security attacks. We may reasonably restrict misuse without removing valid refund obligations or accrued rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Independent providers may have their own terms for directly supplied services; their involvement does not remove our obligations.

Availability and liability

Maintenance or technical problems may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability.

Nothing excludes mandatory warranties, legal guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where permitted, responsibility for indirect, unforeseeable, legally excludable losses may be limited. Product conformity and remedies remain subject to applicable law.

Law, disputes, and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights applicable in your location. Contact us for assistance; this does not prevent access to available lawful remedies.

Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove existing purchase rights. Specific shipping and return policies govern their procedures, subject to mandatory law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where lawful.
